Can I bring my own PPE along for the training?
Yes, you can bring your own PPE along as long as it meets with legislative requirements and is within the inspection due date.

Can I cancel the training that I have booked?

Can I leave the course early for an appointment and still be certificated?
Individual cases will be assessed but as a general rule, “No”.

Can we provide bespoke training solutions?
We have a range of standard courses, which are all regulated by the relevant governing body. However, experienced 3M Safety trainers have all the knowledge necessary to develop courses which address the specific needs of your employees. Do I need to bring a photo with me if I have attended a course in the past?
If you have attended a course within the last twelve months then there is no need to bring another one as long as we already have one in our system. Otherwise, it is advised to bring along an up-to-date photo.

Do we deliver on-site training?
3M Safety Training is happy to work with each and every company to assess whether their place of work meets all the necessary criteria in order to deliver safe and effective training to all students.

Do you cater for special dietary needs?
If you have any special dietary requirements, please ensure you inform the Training and Services team when the course is booked.

Do you provide lunch?
We are able to offer a lunch to each student booked onto a course.

Do you supply gloves?
Yes, we can supply gloves for use during the practical training sessions.

How do I pay for the course upfront?
We can accept cheques, bank to bank transfers and card payments. Please note that cheques must be cleared before course commencement.

How long will I have to wait for my certificate and ID card?
Generally, we send the certificates out within a week. Special requests for shorter lead times can be considered, where possible.

What do I need to bring along to the course?
A passport photo and sturdy boots for climbing courses.

What locations can we attend to do the training?
3M Safety Training offers services at a purposely adapted location, in Wrocław CTC, as well as providing the opportunity of having a 3M Safety trainer provide training at your place of work. We also have multiple training centres across Europe. What time does the course start and finish?
Full day course – 8 am to 3 pm
Half day course – 8 am to 12 pm. -
What type of footwear do I need?
A quality sturdy boot, with a good tread and defined heel.
